Charleville extravaganza once again in 2017
The Murweh Council is running the Fur Ball fundraiser for Save the Bilby Fund this year on 9th September in Charleville and Royal Tea on Rail on Sunday the 10th. Venture out to bilby country to join us. All the details below.

Events held last year in 2016 for National Bilby Day
A heritage train (with steam locomotive BB18¼ 1079 hauling historic wooden carriages) departed 7 September, 2016 from Brisbane’s Roma Street Station to Charleville.
1930s-inspired fancy dress party with refreshments, live music and dancing till 1am at Charleville Racecourse Complex on 10 September
Family Fun Day 11 September 2016, Charleville Town Hall and Town Hall Park. Stalls, and children's entertainment!
ZOO RUNs were held for National Bilby Day on 11 September at various zoos and wildlife parks! A portion of every ticket sale were donated to the Fund.
